Meet Chef John Papa Jr: Born and raised in upstate NY, his upbringing was highly influenced by his Italian grandparents. They translated their love and passion for food to him at a young age, as he started working in upscale restaurants. After graduating, Chef John moved to Richmond, where he met his wife Sara. Working as a chef for Hilton, he learned how to excel as a culinary manager in the hospitality industry.
In 2014, John became the Sous Chef at The Westin Richmond; he was soon promoted to Executive Chef, where he proudly displays his culinary passion, innovation, and drive.
