Kirstie Downnen

Kirstie grew up in Minnesota, but moved to Kentucky in 2011 to attend college. She graduated from Northern Kentucky University in 2015 with a Major in Anthropology and a Minor in Art History. She joined the Aloft team shortly after its opening as a front desk agent and was quickly promoted to supervisor. After working the desk for two years, she was promoted to Guest Service Manager. The Aloft is Kirstie’s first hotel job; she enjoys interacting with guests and helping associates with any issues that they have. She hopes to learn more about the industry to keep advancing her career.
