Virgil Parr

Virgil Parr started in the hotel industry in 1990 working in the banquet department as a summer job.  At the time, he was attending Kentucky State University where he was a  running back for the Kentucky State Thoroughbreds for 2 years. While at Kentucky State University in 1991, Virgil was a member of Omega Psi Phi Fraternity Inc., Majestic Psi Phi Chapter and is still active with the fraternity.  After his college days, Virgil returned to the hospitality industry and worked in all facets of the business in Frankfort, Ky.  Returning to Louisville in 1996 Virgil worked for a finance company and mortgage company.  After three years Virgil decided to return to the hospitality industry.  In 2005 Virgil joined the Musselman Team at the Embassy Suites by Hilton as a night auditor.  After 10 years of working the midnight shift, in 2015 he took on a new challenge at the hotel and joined the management team as the Front Desk Manager.
