This is a very nice and clean hotel. The staff is so friendly and will bend over backwards to accommodate! Breakfast hostess and server are super. Best Hilton Garden I’ve ever been in! I will definitely go back when I am in the Louisville, Kentucky area.

If you find yourself in Louisville, please seriously consider staying here. You are literally a mile from the University of Louisville, about 2 miles from the airport, and 3 - 4 miles tops from downtown. In addition to a very convenient location, the staff at this hotel is excellent! The front desk is efficient, accommodating, and friendly, the housekeeping is spotless, and the breakfast is awesome. The food is really tasty and the breakfast staff is really incredible! We would not hesitate to stay here again!

Staff at check in and check out were all very professional, warm and friendly. We rode the shuttle to/from Churchill Downs and we were very happy to have the wonderful drivers Charles and I’m can’t remember the other driver, grey haired, both were friendly and caring. Very convenient for the Derby. Thank you !! Our room on the 7th floor was clean and quiet. It had mini microwave, mini fridge and Keurig. We didn’t use but it was convenient and everything looked clean. The bed was soft and comfy. Complimentary coffee in lobby was good and appreciated. If ever in the area will stay at this lovely hotel again.

Wow! Kim, Customer Service Rep is such a good representative for Hilton. Her countenance, pride in her position, and her willingness to help is just a breathe of fresh air. There are still good people that take their position seriously. Please recognize her as this seems to be such a rarity.

We are only Hilton stayers when under our control. We stayed at this hotel and Sederick helped us with a leaky fridge back in June. He was amazing! Here we are in October 2023 and I need to give a shout out to Kim at the front desk, Matthew in housekeeping, and Sederick again broken clock. What a fabulous group of employees everyone we come in contact with is amazing but these 3 were above and beyond. First time I let them select my room they did a great job! Standard King room for one night. This will be our standard hotel when we visit Louisville again. And a kudos to Kim, Matthew and Sederick.

Excellent stay at this hotel. This spot is in a great location, especially if you are traveling by air or car. The staff here is great. The shuttle driver is a stand out! Someone at Hilton should give him a raise, he goes above and beyond. He gave us a little tour as he was driving us, he made great suggestions for restaurants near the hotel.

Love this place! Irish at front desk is an incredible example of outstanding customer service! She goes above and beyond to make sure the guests feel at home. I hope her good work is recognized and rewarded by the management of the hotel. I’m a big fan!

We enjoyed our stay at the Hilton Garden Inn. Although it was a busy weekend with the football game and other activities in the area, we felt well cared for. Several staff members deserve special thanks…Kim, Robin and Lance. So helpful and caring.

Such a nice family friendly place to stay for the night on our trip. Our room was spacious and everything was very clean and tidy. I especially want to shout out to the woman taking orders at the breakfast area in the morning. She was such a ray of sunshine! So bubbly, happy, kind and she really is what made our stay the best. Someone with such a happy attitude makes all the difference. We had a wonderful stay!
