Spent a very rainy weekend in Louisville, but the entire staff, especially the Front Desk, had amazing “sunshiney” personalities that made you forget about the rain! The Breakfast Staff was so accommodating, continually cleaning and replenishing all items. Our room was perfect and spotless! I’d say this hotel is the perfect place to stay on your next visit to Louisville! And very convenient to everything we needed! Thank you to ALL!

We had THE BEST weekend at the Residence Inn Louisville East/Oxmoor! The staff was great, super friendly and very accommodating! Big thank you to Brittany and Danielle for being so sweet, courteous, and able to answer all of our questions! The room we stayed in was a two bedroom/two bathroom suite, and it was fantastic! It had a full kitchen, a pull out couch, and the beds were so comfortable! Everyone loved the warm pool, and the fire pit was the perfect unwind after all the fun at the pool! The breakfast was delish, and the kids enjoyed exploring the large lobby/breakfast area. The adults and kids in our group all had a blast! It was the perfect hotel for a quick weekend getaway, but would also be very comfortable for a longer stay, and we will definitely be returning! I highly recommend this hotel!

I recently stayed here for 2 weeks and this was one of the best hotels I’ve ever stayed at. I loved how clean it was, comfortable and the employees were very nice. I want to give recognition to the man that was working in the dining area, I wish I knew his name but he would work during the breakfast hours and dinner hours. He was very polite and was always checking to see if we needed anything else. Great job to all of the staff!

We loved this hotel. Maybe the best Residence Inn we have stayed in. Excellent guest facilities and nice, friendly staff. We loved Victor, the breakfast room attendant. Such a nice, friendly guy. Marriott should use him as a role model for other employees in that same position.

2nd year in a row that I have taken a long weekend off of work and had a relaxing staycation here at the hotel! Clean room, staff is friendly, have any problems and staff will take care of it immediately, fire pit area outside is nice at night to sit around it! The pool and fitness center is nice to start a morning after breakfast with a great start! Had several friends to my room and the staff had no problem and respect my privacy! The staff doesn’t care about what you walk around in and swim and workout in as long your private area is covered outside of your room! Grab a nice fuzzy bathrobe and come stay at this hotel.
