Hilton Ranked #2 Best Workplace for Millennials
Today is another great day to be a Hilton Team Member. We are proud to have been named the #2 Best Workplace™ for Millennials in the U.S. by Fortune and Great Place to Work. This is the second consecutive year that our millennial employees have rated Hilton among the best employers for their generation, marking a significant rise from #26 in 2018.
Millennials, broadly the first generation to come of age in the latest millennium, have brought their unique experiences and perspectives to Hilton and are thriving, thanks in part to extensive career development opportunities and an innovative culture committed to supporting the wellbeing of all Team Members.
In 2018, Hilton hired almost 14,000 new millennial Team Members in the United States. Well over a third of Hilton’s Team Members in the U.S. are millennials. Globally, 57 percent of Hilton’s more than 400,000 Team Members are millennials.
Through world-class leadership and career development tools, Hilton offers meaningful opportunities to Team Members at every level of the organization, including millennials, who represent 39 percent of Hilton’s corporate managers and above.
Those opportunities are accompanied by programs designed to build a strong foundation for health and wellbeing, and support Team Members in their personal aspirations. Team Members enjoy benefits ranging from industry leading parental leave, financial wellbeing tools, and resources, to travel discounts at Hilton hotels globally.
Millennials also find networking and mentorship, as well as a dedicated space, to voice their insights and feedback to the organization, through the Millennial Team Member Resource Group.
