Meet River — Musselman Hotels’ Employee Pet of the Month

Meet River!

She is a Golden Retriever/Lab mix that may look like a water lover, but that’s a hard pass for her. Even puddles are suspicious to her. She prefers to stay on land and play fetch, and aggressively chase her own tail (I will catch it someday).

River’s favorite activity is roughhousing with her dad, but if she gets in trouble, she will immediately run to her mom. She’s a professional snuggler and a full-time bed hog. She’s also known for her dramatic sighs, especially if you disturb her beauty sleep by breathing wrong.

River loves spending time with her bestie, who’s a Great Dane named Phoebe. She gets spoiled by her grandparents on the regular, and she is – objectively – the smartest, sweetest, most loving dog ever.
