Menu makeover: New executive chef revamps Seelbach restaurants

Chef Paul Sant is the new executive chef for the Seelbach Hotel. He’ll be overseeing The Oakroom, the Old Seelbach Bar, Gatsby’s on Fourth Street and all the food served at the Fourth Street landmark.
